Daily Women’s Health Policy Report
The Daily Women’s Health Policy Report, published by the National Partnership for Women and Families, provides a timely snapshot of the major women’s health stories covered in newspapers, magazines, television and radio stations, online outlets, and journals. The Report is a free service and is delivered to your e-mail inbox before noon each weekday.
The Women’s Health Research Coalition
The Women’s Health Research Coalition is an advocacy network of more than 600 leaders at academic medical, health and scientific institutions, as well as related associations, foundations and organizations, who have joined together to encourage coordination of and funding for women’s health research and for the study of sex- and gender-based differences. The Coalition, facilitated by the Society for Women’s Health Research, participates in the annual appropriations and legislative process by providing testimony and advocating on Capitol Hill.
Kaiser Family Foundation: Women’s Health Policy Web Site
The Kaiser Family Foundation’s Women’s Health Policy Web site aims to provide policymakers, journalists, advocates and public health practitioners with current analysis on the policies in health financing and delivery that affect women. Primary activities include conducting periodic surveys on women's interactions with the health care system, monitoring reforms under consideration in Washington and state capitols across the country, and conducting research to document the impact of policies and to identify emerging priority areas for women.
Florida Community Health Action Information Network (CHAIN)
Florida CHAIN is a statewide consumer health care advocacy network organization dedicated to improving the health of all Floridians by promoting sustainable access to affordable, effective health care. Florida CHAIN publishes CHAIN Reaction, an e-newsletter with the latest health care advocacy news and information in Florida.
