Make an Appointment

There are several ways to make an appointment with a health care provider at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Appointments can be made by calling the referral office at 305-243-5757 or toll-free at 800-432-0191 Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.

You can also make an appointment online via the secure Appointment Form.

If you do not know which department or type of health care provider you should see, you can talk with the representative in the referral office at the phone number listed above and they will assist you. In addition, departments and centers within the University of Miami have their own Web sites which describe the services each department provides.
